Red Mountain Natural Medicine provides a secure patient portal for established patients to enhance communication with our office. Using our patient portal, you will have access to your patient record and will be able to securely communicate with our office. When logged on to the patient portal you will be able to:
- View scheduled appointments
- Request appointments
- Send a message to our office
- Update personal information
- Access receipts and invoices
- Upload recent labs and testing
- View labs and records with our office
- View Wellness Plans and Visit Summaries
- Access exercises and handouts from the doctor
If you have not accessed your patient portal before, please choose “I’m a registered patient. Create my patient portal account!” to set up a username and password.
The portal is not to be used for emergencies. If you have an emergency, please contact your doctor by phone, call 911 or go to an emergency facility.
The Secure Messages center in your patient portal provides a secure, encrypted alternative to email for electronic communications with our office. Your secure messages can be read only by Red Mountain Natural Medicine staff members. Note that electronic communications are for non-urgent requests, although we will try to respond to your message within 1-2 business days. If your problem needs immediate attention, please call us. Our office is closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most major holidays. We will respond to your request during our next business day.
