Dr. Shana McQueen is a naturopathic doctor and graduate of Bastyr University, with a background in biology and chemistry from the University of Utah. She has practiced at Red Mountain since 2014. Her work helps people make sense of ongoing, often frustrating symptoms by looking deeper at the underlying imbalances driving them.

Many of her patients are navigating persistent fatigue, overwhelm, low stress resilience, digestive discomfort, hormone fluctuations, skin concerns, or sensitivities to foods and the environment — often without clear answers. Rather than focusing on labels or diagnoses, her approach looks at patterns: blood sugar instability, nutrient depletion, impaired detoxification, gut imbalances, and nervous system dysregulation.
