What it's like to walk in

Red Mountain is a small, intentional practice, not a clinic chain, not a high-volume office. The process is straightforward. You won't find high-pressure sales plans, long-term contracts, or package gimmicks. Pricing is transparent, care is customized, and the relationship is between you and your doctor.

We're a direct-pay practice. That means we work for you, not for an insurance company. And the time, attention, and testing in each visit reflects that.

Your first visit

A full hour with Dr. Rostenberg.

Your first appointment is a thorough conversation about your health history and the process of uncovering root causes. Dr. Rostenberg evaluates your structure, muscle function, and metabolic health using Applied Kinesiology and functional medicine as part of the initial exam.

Most first visits also include a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition and cellular health. The full visit is typically a full hour with the doctor.

Most patients leave with a realistic, transparent care plan in hand, built at the first visit, not after weeks of return trips.

Inside the clinic

A real, working medical office: credentials on the wall, equipment for the work we actually do, and rooms that feel calm instead of clinical.

After your visit

After your time with the doctor, our team will review the plan with you, walk through pricing in plain terms, and help you schedule any follow-up visits. You'll leave with written instructions for everything discussed.

If questions come up later, you can reach us by phone or through the patient portal. No gatekeeping.

Follow-up care

What follow-ups look like is guided entirely by your specific needs. Common tools include:

  • Chiropractic care and Applied Kinesiology
  • Lab work: urine, saliva, blood, stool, and DNA / methylation testing
  • Targeted nutritional supplementation
  • Rehab exercises, dietary changes, and lifestyle support
