About Dr. Andrew.
Andrew Rostenberg, DC, DIBAK, is a chiropractor, kinesiologist, functional medicine practitioner, methylation researcher, and author. He is the founder and director of Red Mountain Natural Medicine in Boise, Idaho.
His work is built on a simple conviction: symptoms are signals, not mistakes. The body is an intelligent system doing its best to adapt to its environment, and genes are not destiny — they are tendency, especially under stress. Healing begins when we stop fighting the body and start listening to it.
Dr. Rostenberg founded Red Mountain Natural Medicine in 2011 and has served patients in the Treasure Valley ever since. At the clinic, he has developed protocols using methylation pathways to optimize biochemistry, detoxification, digestion, brain function, and hormonal balance. His clinical experience spans patients of every age and background, from elite athletes and children to those navigating complex digestive, autoimmune, and neurological conditions.
Red Mountain is one of three brands under his work. Practitioners who want to learn his root-cause method train through WellPower Practice. Patients and learners exploring methylation, MTHFR, and epigenetics on their own find his teaching at BeyondMTHFR® (founded 2013), home to the YouTube channel and educational platform that has reached audiences across the United States and around the world. He is also the author of Your Genius Body (2018) — a clinical roadmap bridging gut health, neurotransmitters, hormones, and methylation.
Dr. Rostenberg is a sought-after teacher, serving as the lead instructor for the 60-hour Mastering Applied Kinesiology course at Northwestern Health Sciences University, his alma mater. He has presented seminars across the United States and abroad — including in-person teaching at the Beijing Nutrigenomic Autism Conference and a virtual keynote for the MTHFR Australia Methylation Summit.
When he's not in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with family.
